Documentary depicting true face of Islam released [cheap true religion]
Tehreek Ahya-e-Islam and Pakistan Ulema Council jointly released a documentary on Wednesday in which Imam-e-Kaaba Al Sheikh Abdullah Ibn-e-Sabeel, Maulana Samiul Haq, Leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (S), Maulana Peer Saifullah Khalid of Jamia Manzoorul Islamia, Pakistan Ulema Council Chairman Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi and Mufti Muhammad Naeem of Darul Uloom Binoria have said that Islam is a religion of peace and prosperity. Islam has no relation with ferocity and does not allow anyone to kill any innocent even if he or she is a non-Muslim.
“The people who call Islam a ferocious religion are afraid of its message of peace,” they said in their messages in the documentary. Maulana Samiul Haq said in the documentary that jihad had been misinterpreted. “Jihad should be practiced against cruelty. Jihad is about giving victims their rights from brutality,” he said, adding, “Islam doesn’t allow us to attack Washington and Tel Aviv, but we should be allowed to live in our houses.”
Peer Saifullah Khalid said in the documentary that Muslims all over the world were in the hands of beasts. Peer Saifullah Khalid said in the documentary that ulema and muftis had laid down the conditions for jihad but the “beasts” who are dominant do not want them to sit together.

“These types of acts defame Islam,” they said, adding, “No one should take law in their hands.” “There is nothing wrong in saying fateha for Salmaan Taseer. He was a Muslim and stopping anyone from saying fateha is against Islam and Sharia. This documentary is the start of an effort that was never done in Pakistan and neither any of the scholars of Islam had said anything before.
